We are very proud of our team of staff and often receive compliments from both people using our services as well as healthcare professionals about how kind and caring our staff team are.

As well as providing a professional and flexible service, our team members bring a sense of comfort, reassurance, companionship and a very good listening ear to all those they work with.

The team is led by manager, Caroline, who is closely supported by an Office Administrator and a Care Coordinator. They, in turn, are supported by our fabulous team of care workers who have all been chosen for their ability to provide both the practical support you may need as well as for their kind and friendly nature.

When we first meet with you we ask lots of questions about your likes and dislikes, your routines, and even the things that make you laugh. This enables us to provide you with the perfect level of support from carers we think you’ll really get on with and enjoy spending time with.

And consistency is a very important part of this service. We recognise that it can be unsettling to have lots of different faces in and out of your home. So we allocate a small team of carers just for you, so that you can get to know them by name and they can get to know you too.

Read Bio Hi, I'm Rebecca Smith, the proud owner of Community Careline since its inception. Like many in the healthcare industry, my journey began with a deeply personal experience. My grandmother spent a period in a Care Home, and during my frequent visits, I was continually impressed by the exceptional care she received and the unwavering support from the dedicated staff. After my grandmother's passing, I felt compelled to contribute to the care industry. Drawing upon my background in business, I decided to establish my own care company, Community Careline. Over a decade later, I'm immensely grateful to find myself surrounded by an extraordinary team, delivering care that we can all take great pride in. My aim is to establish a standard of excellence for everyone at Community Careline, ensuring we provide the highest quality of care in our community. John Williams

Read Bio Hi, I'm John Williams, and I've been with Community Careline since September 2015. Returning to work after a substantial break to raise my children was a significant decision, but one that I've been incredibly pleased with. Starting as an Accounts Assistant, my role gradually expanded to encompass all financial aspects, from invoicing to payroll. This journey has granted me deep insights into the inner workings of the company, allowing me to understand both client and staff perspectives. Working alongside such a dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional service, has been a true pleasure. Now, in my new role as Operations Director, I eagerly anticipate contributing to our ongoing pursuit of excellence. I value open communication and am always receptive to feedback and dialogue. With our collective wealth of knowledge, compassion, and experience at Community Careline, I'm confident we're poised for an exciting future ahead.
